As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the All Girls Colour Run. There are various volunteer positions available, Please note that specific roles and responsibilities may vary on the event day, and volunteers may be assigned additional tasks based on the event’s needs.
To become a volunteer for the All Girls Colour Run, please follow these steps:
1. Complete the Volunteer Application Form: Fill out the online volunteer application form with your personal details, preferred volunteer role(s), and availability.
2. Attend Volunteer Orientation: Once your application is received and reviewed, you will be invited to attend a volunteer orientation session to learn more about your assigned role and receive event-specific information.
3. Training and Preparation: Depending on your volunteer role, there may be additional training sessions or materials provided to familiarize you with your responsibilities.
4. Volunteer Schedule and Shifts: We will provide you with a volunteer schedule detailing your assigned shifts, arrival times, and any additional instructions or requirements.
5. Volunteer Package: As a volunteer, you will receive a volunteer package containing a t-shirt, identification badge, and any necessary equipment or materials specific to your role.

To be a volunteer at the All Girls Colour Run, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (exceptions may be made for volunteers aged 14 -17 with parental/ school consent).
- Be reliable, punctual, and committed to fulfilling your assigned volunteer role.
- Attend a mandatory volunteer orientation session prior to the event to familiarize yourself with the event details, logistics, and safety procedures.
